Go to the Cheats menu (under Extras) and press Y, Z, W, Z, Y, X, W, X (alternately, you can press W, W, X, X, Y, Z, Y, Z) on the keyboard. Check the box and you can access the cheat menu while playing the game by simply pressing ESC.
