In order to get a Higher Salary cap then just 1000000 Go into C:Program FilesEA SPORTSNBA Live 2000 and open the NotePad file named "salary" and from there you can edit your salary cap and be sure not to change anything else unless you are ABSOLUTELY sure of what you're doing.
